Buying guide: what matters on the RAV4
Rear seat split
The RAV4 rear seat is a 60/40 split with a center armrest. Good covers have openings for the armrest and the seatbelt buckles.
Hybrid/Prime rear set
FH Group's catalog splits rear sets for gas trims and for the Hybrid/Prime. If a brand does that, order the matching set.
Airbags
The front seats have side airbags. Only buy covers with airbag-compatible stitching or cutouts.

Common fitment problems owners report
- Gas-trim rear covers that don't line up on a Hybrid or Prime
- Universal covers that block the side airbags
- Covers that hide the rear seat release straps
- Thick covers making ventilated seats less effective
